All daily and weekly dock space rentals must pay in advance for the total
amount of time needed. Monthly and yearly dock space rentals must pay
first and last months in advance. Boats will be subject to removal upon 10
days
from the beginning of any unpaid month. All boats must provide
proof of current registration, insurance, and sign a release of liability
form with Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak. Renter must provide a copy of the
boat keys, registration, and certificate of insurance. We reserve the
right to refuse dock rental without the ability to provide any of these
specific items. Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak is not responsible for the
loss of personal property or damages due to weather, flood, fire, theft,
or vandalism. Renter responsible for tie-up. |
